Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I’m glad you’re here.
This place, and all the things you will find here, was born from my wildest dreams. Dreams that began as scribbled notes on page corners and broken sentences recorded on my phone. Disjointed at first, but always woven together by the longing that all mothers may one day be able to walk in the lightness of knowing their worth.
It was also born from my fierceness and the wild inner outrage I found alongside the joy in my early mothering years. Initially the rage collected as quiet burning resentments that tore away at everything I thought mothering would be. Silent. Unspoken and yet still so loud. Shameful. However, with time (and a lot of therapeutic support) it became a fire within my spirit to change the story around what struggle in motherhood means. To help all women understand that the pain we often find ourselves in, while holding the delicate hands of little people we love most, is not a representation of our greatest failure. It is instead a doorway to learning that has the potential to create our most full and vibrant life yet.
I hope that as you wander through these pages you will find comfort in kind words, connection from seeing your own stories reflected in mine, steadfast determination as your inner feminist comes to life, and deep hope that your wildest dreams are not as far from reach as you may have once thought.

Growing me, Growing You.
Before these words were a beautiful children’s book, they were a love letter, a prayer of hope, and a handwritten page ink stained with tears. They were written late at night, curled up in a chair by a mother lost in doubt, worry, fear, and that familiar pit in our stomachs. But they were also written by a mother with an unshakable love for her boys who would go on to move mountains to see them thrive. That mother, me, also happens to be a therapist who received the gift of seeing her own pain in the eyes of mother’s sitting across from her daily. And it was this gift that helped me to see how the immeasurable love of a mother can never be diminished by the difficulty growing into herself, while she grows her babies, may cause. May this blessing of unconditional loving self-worth for all mothers be my legacy and yours.

Meet Abbey,
Author, therapist, creative soul, wife, mother to three beautiful neurodivergent boys, dreamer of big dreams, and proud AuDHD woman.
I’m a compassionate holistic counsellor dedicated to honouring every woman in the unique season of life they’re navigating. Combining traditional counselling methods with energy work, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is deeply intuitive and heart-centred, empowering women to reconnect with their inner wisdom and move through life’s challenges with grace and resilience.
