By purchasing from this website, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, resell, or share any part of the materials without prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to book text, written resources, digital downloads, course materials, illustrations, graphics, logos, branding, and website copy — is the intellectual property of Abbey Gibson and is protected under Australian and international copyright law.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce any content in whole or in part
Share or redistribute digital files (including forwarding, uploading, or printing for others)
Resell or commercially exploit any materials
Upload materials to file-sharing or public platforms
Use content for classroom, group, organisational, therapeutic, or professional purposes without written permission

3. Orders and Delivery
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered electronically via email or secure download link upon purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser only and may not be shared, forwarded, or distributed.
Online Courses
Access to online courses is granted to the individual purchaser only. Login details must not be shared.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if unauthorised sharing or misuse is detected.
Course content may be updated, modified, or improved at any time to maintain quality and relevance.
Physical Products
Physical products are printed and fulfilled through trusted third-party providers, including Mixam printing services.
While care is taken in selecting reputable partners, we are not responsible for shipping delays, postal disruptions, customs processing, or carrier errors once the product has been dispatched.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the printing provider to arrange a replacement where appropriate.
4. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Due to the digital nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital downloads or online courses.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical products.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you believe your purchase is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or delivery so we can assess and provide an appropriate remedy.
