I wholeheartedly believe in nurturing the connection between women and, their inner passion and purpose. My offerings empower women by integrating traditional counselling and, energy healing-which harnesses the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and, process experiences and trauma.

Before these words were a beautiful children’s book, they were a love letter, a prayer of hope, and a handwritten page ink stained with tears. They were written late at night, curled up in a chair by a mother lost in doubt, worry, fear, and that familiar pit in our stomachs. But they were also written by a mother with an unshakable love for her boys who would go on to move mountains to see them thrive. That mother, me, also happens to be a therapist who received the gift of seeing her own pain in the eyes of mother’s sitting across from her daily. And it was this gift that helped me to see how the immeasurable love of a mother can never be diminished by the difficulty growing into herself, while she grows her babies, may cause. May this blessing of unconditional loving self-worth for all mothers be my legacy and yours.
